1. Where is the conference being held?

The conference will take place at The Times Center, New York City (242 W 41st St, New York, NY 10036)

2. What are the conference dates and times?

• October 1, 2025: Programming begins at 11:30 AM and concludes at 6:00 PM
• October 2, 2025: Programming begins at 8:00 AM and concludes at 2:30 PM

3. How do I check in at the conference?

Check-in opens at 11:30 AM on Day 1. No code or QR is required — just your name and registration.

4. Are meals included?

Yes. We’ll provide light breakfast, endless amounts of caffeine, and lunch on both days. We’ve accounted for major dietary restrictions. Please reach out if you have specific concerns.

5. Will Wi-Fi be available?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. Login details will be provided at check-in.

6. Are CPE/CEU credits offered?

Yes. Select sessions are eligible for continuing education credits. Certificates will be emailed to attendees after the event.

7. Will sessions be recorded or available on-demand?

Select sessions will be recorded. On-demand access details will be shared after the conference.

8. Is there a conference app?

10. Can I take meetings during Connect’25?

We will not have private spaces available for meetings or calls inside the venue.

11. What should I wear to Connect’25?

Business casual attire is recommended.

Outlets at the venue are limited. To keep you connected, each attendee will receive a complimentary portable charger at check-in.
